M.Ed., CPC, CPHR
I established SEE to partner with others to create clarity, inspire action and get results.
Leading is challenging work. In the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment in which we live and work, it can be difficult to stop, think, make sense of what we are experiencing and determine how best to move forward.
I continue to experience the benefits of executive coaching and believe in the process.
As your coach and strategic partner . . .
I use a practical, action-oriented approach informed by deep experience partnering with individuals and leading teams.
My experience and education informs my partnership with you. . .
- I led one of the first Organizational Change Management teams in Winnipeg to enable the adoption of a business transformation program with a budget of approximately $175 million.
- As the Chief Human Resource Officer in a large Crown Corporation, I lead teams to deliver a data driven culture and engagement strategy exceeding industry norms and achieving a 5% increase in employee engagement and a 3% increase in employee enablement in only 18-months.
- Over the course of 2 1/2 years, my executive portfolio expanded from Human Resources to include Strategy, Analytics and Product.
- Previous to that, for over ten years, as a consultant and ‘critical friend’ my work contributed to career advancement for many educators and better student learning outcomes in the province of Manitoba.
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), I hold a Master of Education (Adult Education) and the Executive Certificate in Management from the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. I am certified and use the Total SDI and EQi 2.0 and EQi 2.0 360 in my coaching practice.
I work with. . .
Executive coaching clients in several areas including increasing self-awareness and resilience, building strong relationships and teams, executive presence and confidence, and leading change. I work with teams to optimize their impact. I have studied, and faced, some of the challenges that are unique to female business leaders and offer customized programs through Red Chair.
As we begin working together . . .
I share from my experiences as we develop a relationship rooted in honesty, authenticity and trust. I will work with you to create and understand your vision, analyze and hone your strengths, and identify gaps that need to be addressed to reach your personal and organizational goals. We will then build a plan to get results.
