As a Certified Professional Coach, I believe that individuals are whole and resourceful. My role is to listen, ask questions, help you clarify your goals and create a plan to achieve them. Using the TotalSDI and EQi 2.0 inventories you take an informed approach to creating the outcomes you desire.
As a facilitator and coach, I bring my experience as an executive, middle manager, and consultant to our partnership. My professional journey has been one of walking beside and leading individuals and teams through personal and organizational change. My personal journey has been one of continuous learning, learning about myself and learning to inform my work.

- Chief Human Resource Officer in a large Crown Corporation where I lead teams to deliver a data driven culture and engagement strategy that exceeded industry norms. We achieved a 5% increase in employee engagement and a 3% increase in employee enablement in only 18-months.
- Facilitating the introduction of one of the first Organizational Change Management teams in Winnipeg, Manitoba to enable the adoption of a business transformation program with a budget of approximately $175 million.
- Over ten years as a consultant and ‘critical friend’ my work contributed to career advancement for many educators and better student learning outcomes in the Province of Manitoba.
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), I hold a Master of Education (Adult Education) and the Executive Certificate in Management from the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. I am certified and use the Total SDI and EQi 2.0 and EQi 2.0 360 in my coaching practice. I am currently an apprentice with Kathy Pike, Coaching with Horses, and will be certified in spring 2020 to offer equine facilitated coaching. My co-coach is Annie, a beautiful and wise pure-bred Arabian mare.

I have studied, and faced, some of the challenges that are unique to female business leaders and offer customized programs through Red Chair.
In Spring 2020, I am excited to include equine facilitated coaching to my practice. Through this work, individuals come into a deeper understanding of themselves so they can be the leader they want to be and create the life they desire.
