Red Chair: Leading Courageously with Passion

I am making my way through Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead. For those of you who have read it, you know that she talks about vulnerability as the corner-stone of courage building, a requirement for creativity and innovation, and where love, belonging and joy begin.

As a woman who leads, what does it mean to . . .

  • be vulnerable?
  • lead with courage?
  • facilitate the conditions so that others can be courageous?

On January 23rd, choose to take time to sit in your red chair and explore the answers to these questions.

Come and hear the inspiring stories of two interesting and influential women who lead in our community, Lynne Skromeda and Diane Roussin.

Engage in meaningful conversations with peers as we explore what leading courageously means for us.

Choose to invest in yourself by registering for the full Series and join a community of inspiring women who are committed to leading with purpose, power and grace. When it makes sense for you, take advantage of an hour of executive coaching to further your professional growth.
