What are the goals of Executive Coaching?

In most engagements, the goals are determined by the coaching client who is seeking to further develop themselves. Depending on the coaching arrangement, goals may be discussed with the client’s direct supervisor to ensure alignment and support. In some circumstances, the goals may be discussed with Human Resources.

Creating Clarity Coaching Program

Everybody experiences times in their life when we question what it is we want to do (next) and how we want to ‘be’. Investing in ourselves and allowing space to reflect back and plan forward with a trusted coach can provide clarity, energy and desire to make changes and establish goals to stay aligned with our vision and our purpose.

Who can benefit from this program?

This six session coaching program is designed for individuals wanting to create clarity of their vision and goals to they can act and get results. It includes six sessions that build on one another and takes you through a process of self discovery leading to clarity.

6 to 12 weeks.

Change Leadership Coaching Program

Successful organizations have leaders who are passionate about change and have the knowledge and ability to lead people through it. Understanding and leading oneself through change enhances one’s effectiveness when leading others.

Who can benefit from this program?

Leaders and professionals responsible for leading individuals and teams through medium to large scale organizational change initiatives.

What are the goals of Change Leadership Coaching?

Further enhancing one’s ability to effectively lead change requires increased awareness of self, others and the organization. The goals of this coaching program are:

  • Increased understanding and ability of leading oneself through change
  • Increased understanding and ability of leading others through change
  • Increased understanding and ability of leading the organization through change
